FAQs

We've always been hybrid. We offer remote contracts for those a certain distance outside our hubs, or office-based contracts where we ask you in roughly once a week. Our offices are culture hubs, not traditional offices e.g. London (Uncommon, Liverpool Street, by Spitalfields) and Sheffield (Cubo, Carver Street), both surrounded by cafes, pubs and shops, with regular socials and events to make the trip in worth it.

We keep it simple: a screening call to check fit, then a skills-based interview. After you apply, our recruitment team reviews your CV and cover letter and arranges the screening call. You'll then meet the hiring manager, who sets a short task to understand how you think, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager and relevant department head. P.S. We're committed to inclusion and diversity, with processes to reduce bias, and we're happy to accommodate individual needs.
